We are expanding along Malaysia’s main North–South corridor and seeking a high-impact Regional Retail Manager to drive performance across KL, Selangor, Rawang & Ipoh.

Key 2026 Mission:
Lead the successful New Store Opening (NSO) and stabilization of our new outlet in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang — delivering brand standards and sales results from Day 1.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Conduct structured site audits

  • Enforce SOP compliance and premium VM standards

  • Maintain stock accuracy and governance controls

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years retail experience

  • At least 3 years in Multi-site / Regional role

  • Proven track record in New Store Openings (NSO)

  • Familiar with Klang Valley & Ipoh retail landscape

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage

Operational Excellence:

Location: Nibong Tebal Factory

Delivery Routes: Kedah outlets, Ipoh outlets, and Penang (Island & Mainland)

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Stock Delivery: Responsible for delivering products from the Nibong Tebal factory to retail outlets in Kedah, Ipoh, and Penang (Island and Seberang Perai).

  • Loading & Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.

  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all goods are delivered safely and arrive on schedule.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensing: Must possess a valid GDL license.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Driver or Delivery Personnel is an added advantage.

  • Area Knowledge: Familiar with routes in Kedah, Ipoh, and Penang.

  • Physical Fitness: Must be in good physical health.

  • Flexibility: Willing to work overtime when necessary.

  • Manage POS (ARM) system settings across outlets.

  • Set up, review, and control system user access rights.

  • Audit user activities and transaction logs.

  • Analyze sales trends and purchase patterns.

  • Monitor POS accuracy and compliance with SOP.

  • Monitor compliance with retail SOP and internal controls.

  • Generate sales, variance, and performance reports.

  • Identify abnormal transactions and shrinkage risks.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Retail, or related field.

  • 2-4 years retail POS / system admin experience.

  • Strong analytical skills & Excel proficiency.

  • ARM system experience is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on data accuracy.
